What services does the company offer?

We offer integrated contracting services that include architectural and structural design, building and construction works, interior and exterior finishing (turnkey), and infrastructure development for residential and commercial projects.

We offer both options; we can supervise and implement ready-made designs for our clients, or start with the client from the idea and design stage until final delivery.

It begins with a consultation request to discuss the project idea and budget, followed by a site visit, then the preparation of the technical and financial proposal. Once approved, the contract is signed and the actual work begins.

Costs and financial matters

How is the project cost calculated?

The calculation is done accurately based on the engineering plans, building area, quality of materials used, and the required level of finishing through a detailed bill of quantities (BOQ).

We provide flexible contracts to suit the customer’s wishes; whether they are contracts that include “materials and labor together” for the customer’s convenience, or “labor only” contracts where the customer is responsible for supplying the materials.

We adopt a system of phased payments linked to completion rates (progressions), where an advance payment is made to start the work, followed by payments divided based on the completion of specific phases agreed upon in the contract.

Implementation and timeline

How long will the project take to complete?

 The duration varies depending on the size and type of project; residential villas usually take 8 to 14 months, and a detailed time schedule is delivered to the client before starting, showing the stages of implementation.

We adhere strictly to the schedule, and the contract includes a clear “delay penalty” clause that protects the client’s rights in the event of any unjustified delay on our part.

We provide the client with periodic reports (weekly/monthly) supported by photos and videos, in addition to assigning a responsible site engineer to be the direct point of contact to answer your inquiries.

Quality and guarantees

What guarantees does the company offer regarding its work?

We offer certified warranties of up to 10 years on the structural framework (skeleton), and specific warranties on waterproofing and thermal insulation works, and electrical and plumbing installations according to material specifications.

Yes, our company is officially registered and holds all government licenses, and is a member of the Saudi Contractors Authority. We are committed to implementing the Saudi Building Code to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.

Restoration and renovation projects (Renovation & Maintenance)

Does the restoration project require the complete evacuation of the building?

This depends on the size and type of renovation work; in structural restoration projects or modification of load-bearing walls, it is preferable to evacuate the site for the safety of the residents, while in light renovations work can be done in separate parts without the need for a full evacuation.

When walls or floors are opened, hidden problems may appear (such as old leaks or cracks in the concrete); the site engineer immediately prepares a technical report for the client explaining the problem, the proposed solution, and its cost before starting to address it to ensure the required transparency.

Yes, our engineering team prepares the necessary plans and submits them to the relevant municipal authorities to obtain permits for restoration, reinforcement, or demolition in accordance with the approved regulations and bylaws.

Interior Design & Fit-Out

Does the company commit to implementing the same details of the 3D design?

Yes, we ensure that the design matches reality by more than 95%; as the materials, colors and lighting are chosen based on actual samples that are approved and signed by the client before starting the supply and implementation.

We visit showrooms with the client or provide a sample board (Mood Board) containing actual pieces of the materials used, so that the client can inspect them, feel them, and ensure their quality and conformity to technical specifications before installation.

We offer turnkey “complete finishing” services which may include the supply and installation of custom-made furniture (such as kitchens, cabinets, and wood cladding), and the scope of work can be expanded to include ready-made furniture based on the client’s wishes and within the financial agreement.

Design and implementation of gardens and outdoor spaces (Landscape)

What types of gardens and outdoor spaces does the company implement?

We design and implement two types of landscapes: “Hardscape” which includes walkways, seating areas, canopies, and waterfalls; and “Softscape” which includes planting trees, flowers, and landscaping of natural or artificial grass.

Certainly, we design and implement advanced automated irrigation networks (by drip or sprinkler) controlled by smart timers to ensure fair water distribution and regulate consumption according to plant needs.

Yes, we provide periodic maintenance contracts (monthly or annual) that include tree trimming, irrigation network inspection, fertilization, and pest control to ensure the long-term preservation of the garden’s beauty and freshness.
